| Registration and Information Faculty-Staff This page outlines the information AIMS needs from our Faculty and Staff and the information we give to students which may be important for you to see. After you receive your AIMS contract, registration will be online and communication will be by email. Providing the necessary information promptly will be greatly appreciated. Online Registration
All registration procedures are now Online. When you register, you will be asked: to give your contact information,
passport/visa information, read and accept certain AIMS policies, review housing polices, grant permission for
emergency health care, give a brief health history including a list of current medications, and if you plan to
enroll in a German language class.Travel Arrangements are made through the Registration web site. You will be asked to review AIMS travel policies and register your travel preferences. If you are traveling with another person, please type the name(s) in the Special Requests box. This information will be sent to the travel agent and an itinerary developed for your approval. (Please note: this itinerary must be approved or revised by email within 24 hours or will be cancelled.) All tickets AIMS purchases incur a fee if there are changes. After you approve the itinerary, any change will be at your expense. Please carefully review Travel Info. It is important that AIMS have the date and time of your arrival in Graz. This can be recorded on the Registration web site. The information needed when registering can be seen in the PDF documents below.
